The recruitment hiring process is easily defined in (4) distinct steps: Initial Communication, Telephone Screen,  On-Site Interviews and Offer of Employment.  A detailed description on each step follows:

Initial Communication
As part of the initial communication step KT-Marz interacts with the "candidate".  Communication consists of telephone conversations and the transfer of the candidates resume to KT-Marz.  We endeavor to match the candidates experience, future position desires and other factors in evaluating the candidates experience, education accomplishments and position requirements with existing client positions.  In cases where the candidate possess unique skills and experience we will talk to clients, identifying the candidates unique skills.  In some cases the client will establish a review offer process as a special hire for this type of candidate.  When a match between a clients needs and a candidates experience and desires a complete review of the clients position is provided to the candidate.  If the candidate indicates a desire to move forward the candidates information is provided to the client for review.  KT-Marz employs only graduate engineers with relevant industry experience.  The background of KT-Marz  eliminates many false starts historically 70% of the candidates we submit to clients are awarded telephone screens.  KT-Marz manages the flow of information keeping both the client and candidate up to date on progress.

Telephone Screen
The client reviews the package provided by Kt-Marz.  Never are candidate packages sent to a client unsolicited.  This practice insures candidate privacy and reduces the amount of information clients must deal with.  As stated earlier in 70% of the clients are invited to participate in telephone screens.  KT-Marz establishes mutually acceptable times for telephone screens.  Many clients have multiple telephone screens with a single candidate.   After the telephone screens are conducted KT-Marz contacts both the client and candidate to gain insight into both the client and candidates views.  If either the client or candidate wishes to withdraw form the process KT-Marz communicates this to both parties.  If both parties are willing to move to the next step this fact is communicated to both parties.

On-Site Interview
In this step the candidate is invited to the clients facility.  While at the facility several managers and technical leaders that represent the client and the open position will interview the client.  This is an opportunity for the candidate to understand the open position beyond the documented position description and for the client to gain significant insight into the candidates capabilities and desires.  If the on-site interviews are a success both the client and candidate have a desire to move to the next step.  If either the client or candidate wishes to withdraw form the process KT-Marz communicates this to both parties.  If both parties are willing to move to the next step this fact is communicated to both parties.

Offer of Employment
When a client wishes to make an offer KT-Marz has identified that the candidate is willing to accept an offer.  Of course the specifics of the offer can be unacceptable to the client thereby representing a valid reason for rejection.  In most cases the offer specifics do not come as a surprise and the candidate accepts.  KT-Marz is fully engaged with both the client and candidate during this process keeping both parties abreast on the offer activities.
